How To Use Electronic Simulation ( TINA TI)

Hi! this post maybe will help you to make an electrical circuit simulation. simulation is needed to make sure our project will success or not. in my experiences if simulation is not working , your project will be sure to fail or you have to face unnecessary problems. this one is my favourite simulator, TINA TI , provided by Texas Instruments. this simulation provide a basic components like resistor, capacitor, inductor, operational amplifier , function generator and the graphic respons (this one is my favourite part). okay ,let's begin guys.

• What is TINA TI 

TINA TI is an electronic simulation only, can not generate PCB, Powered by Texas Instruments. The focus of this simulator is about signal respons with logarithmic graph and others. this will help you guys to look at respons of your filter, AC components and DC compents. This simulator even used by my lecturer to teach in class and i used it to simulated howland current pump circuit for my thesis that need constan current supply.

• How to use this TINA TI

first thing you will do is download it here , or you can search manually in google.

next step is click icon 

your computer will pop this windows up

and then you will see some groups of compenents the first one is ,basic

basic group consist of power supply , ground , resistor , inductor , trafo, jumper and etc. and then the second one is switches,

switch consist of single switch , double switch and etc. the third one we got , meters,

meters is used for measurements , voltmeter , amperemeter , wattmeter, ohmmeter even speaker. the fourth one we got sources,

souces can generate signal and power supply, pulse , sinusoidal signal and etc. the fifth one we got semiconductor,

semiconductor consist of ideal op-amp, op-amp, diode , schotchky diode, led dioda , transistor, and mosfet. the last group we got spice macros,

spice macros is a group that consist of IC compenent that can be simulated in this simulator.

• Make a new project with TINA TI

well my assumsion you have familiar with the component that i will use to make a simple project this time. i will make a filter and simulated it in this simulator.

Click basic and choose voltage generator, this camponen is really useful to generate AC and DC signal. Place th component in worksheet, and right-click component and click properties.

and then choose signal and click 3 dots beside it,

we can select our desire signal , we can even import wav. file here

done choosing? select ok. place the resistor and capacitor like the picture below, and place voltage pin between them , you can get voltage pin from meters group. voltage pin is used for generate graph, can generate multiple graphs if you use multiple voltage pin.

click T&M menu and then click signal analyzer.

this windows will pop up , tune the frequency range and db magnitude range as your desire.

choose the channel that will be shown , and then click start , and wait until signal finish running.
